Chanel playing with details

A look inspired by Chanel is always a good idea. I love Chanel style. Classy and glamorous label from Paris always touches my fashion heart. Having so many other different kinds of wonderful brands in the world it is always great fun to combine them and to create interesting new looks.

Even in the early age I was really admiring Chanel’s ability to combine that classy romantic feel with  roughness of the fabric and bold details like stacking a lot of necklaces or adding a few CC brooches on one jacket/coat.

In this time of fashion there is a lot of high street stores that have similar items as really known designer houses. It is not the same quality but it’s good enough to have that Chanel feel in tweed jacket especially if you combine it with the real Chanel details. For me it is still the question of sustainability, how often will I wear it or even if I am gonna wear it or it just looks cool on other people? Those are really good questions to ask yourself before buying any stuff from high street stores. People are so used to buy and trow stuff especially something that is out of trend. So for me it is important to buy something of a good quality and to know that I am gonna wear it for years no matter how cheap or expensive it is.

Other cool way to stay inspired by Chanel is to hit vintage and second hand stores. You can always find so many good quality stuff but for a lot less money. You can always donate or give it to one of your friends that loves a good vintage piece well who would not like to have in their wordrobe cool vintage item.

Play with fashion and stay inspired.
